Materials

Technical knowledge of a wide range of materials

Combinations of various materials: papers, films, laminates, aluminium, cardboard, scrims. We use more than 400 substrates in various weights.
Strong experience in polymer extrusion: polyethylene and copolymers as well as polyamide, polypropylene and more.
Recognized expertise in silicone coating, PVDC, glues, lacquers and inks.

Technologies

Extrusion and coextrusion

Single layer and coextrusion technologies with up to five layers on one machine: we can also combine up to five materials on a single machine, or more by using several machines.

Coextrusion allows several materials to be combined while maintaining their individual characteristics (which is not always the case with mixtures) as well as optimize the quantities used (and therefore reduce thicknesses). This technology allows us to offer solutions for numerous applications with such features as high tear strength, gas and steam barriers, resistance to aggressive products, heat resistance, adherence, sealability, peelability, etc.
Expertise in extrusion coating and extrusion lamination.

Coating

Release formula using various technologies: emulsion, with and without solvents. Thermal polymerization: the solution depends on the characteristics of the base materials and customer applications, with the possibility of coating single or double sides (with balanced or differential coatings) with applications of 0.6 g/m2 at minimum.
Barrier polymers, with adhesive or adjustable heat sensitivity, across the full width or in specific areas.

Laminating

Extreme flexibility for base materials: papers, films, aluminium, cardboard, etc.
Expertise in three technologies: water-based, solvents and solventless
Industrial facilities allowing extrusion and online lamination (glue or polyethylene)

Printing solutions

Rotogravure: printing of up to nine colours – direct, reverse or combined printing – large range of varnishes (with various technical and optical properties) – gold and silver effects – wide array of bases.
Online rotogravure or flexography depending on the machines. For example: silicone coating and single colour online printing – three and four-layer laminates with two-colour online printing – online varnishing.
